After legendary Pokemon were released, Niantic has made it certain we won’t run out of these beasts to catch. While we haven’t had any specific legendary Pokemon for any more than a month at a time. They have been rolled out, allowing trainers enough time to catch each legendary released as a raid boss.

There are currently 3 legendary Pokemon that still need to be released from generation 1 and 2. Though, it’s not certain when 2 of the 3 will be released.
Recently, though, Niantic sent out yet another informative tweet, letting trainers know which legendary Pokemon we will battle next. A Pokemon that was thought be to a EX raid will be showing up as regular raid bosses around the world until the 12 of December.
That’s right, Ho-oh, the very first legendary bird Ash laid his eyes on will be able to be caught from tomorrow up until the 12th. There wasn’t a time given for when these raids would start. Although, because it’s already time for raids to rest for the night. More than likely they will start tomorrow.
Niantic suggests they are releasing this legendary Pokemon because of our hard work. However, they probably would have still given us Ho-oh. Even if we didn’t reach our goals. It was leaked a while ago that Ho-oh would be a part of the game around December and it looks like it was a legit rumor.
If you had been waiting forever to get this Pokemon, now is your chance. It’s not certain how many trainers it will take to defeat Ho-oh. However, much like Lugia, it will probably be around 7 people, if not more.
Don’t forget, the legendary dogs are still popping up and will continue to do so up until the 30th. That means not every legendary egg that spawns will be a Ho-oh. If you haven’t caught the last of the legendary dogs yet, your chances have gotten a little worse now that we will have 2 legendaries showing up.
