Hey guys. Today in this I would like to discuss a brand new power in the Boruto series. I know you might be excited so I’m gonna dive right in. This thought came into my mind ever since Momoshiki and Kinshiki made their appearance in the anime. First, I’d like to start with Byakugan. Byakugan is one of the three great dōjutsu. It gives its wielder X-ray vision and it also allows the user to see the chakra flow.
This enables the user see and hit the tenkentsu of the opponent. The Hyūga have specially created the gentle fist for this purpose. The Byakugan is the dōjutsu of two great clans. These are the Hyūga and the Ōtsutsuki. The appearance of Kinshiki and Momoshiki Ōtsutsuki in the series. Both of them were very powerful foes as we saw in the movie and the manga. However, there is a thing worth noting when Kinshiki and Momoshiki made their appearance. Kinshiki was able to use a space time ninjutsu to switch dimensions and it was somehow related to his eye. Boruto’s eye, Jougan has the same ability. Now let’s move towards Himawari. Because of her being half Hyūga, she was able to awaken the Byakugan. She awakened it on the same day that Naruto became the Hokage.
After her favourite toy was destroyed by Boruto, in the heat of the moment, she awakened the Byakugan. In order to awaken the Byakugan, you would normally require a lot of training. Even a genius like Neji, had to work hard for that. What I believe is that Himawari will rekindle the power of the Hyūga clan along with her aunt, Hanabi Hyūga.
I think Hanabi might become Himawari’s power. It’s feels kind of lame that the power of the Byakugan is so limited and you need Hamura Ōtsutsuki’s chakra to take it to the next level.
It is something that you can’t get readily, after it is the chakra of the younger brother of the Sage Of Six Paths. So, you’d be asking for a lot. Thus, I believe that with sufficient training a person can unlock the ability to travel through dimensions. It is possible that we might even get more power ups to the Byakugan in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations.
